CMLL Star Has Awful Botch, Stretchered Off During Match

AEW

CMLL’s latest Viernes Espectacular took place last night, December 5, 2025, and unfortunately featured a serious moment when Neon botched a moonsault and had to be stretchered out of the arena. Despite the scary injury stoppage, the match carried on and Neon’s team ultimately secured the victory.

Neon, Templario and Titán defeated Averno, Bárbaro Cavernario and Volador Jr. in a best‑of‑three falls encounter. Fellow CMLL star Soberano Jr. was also injured during the show; there are no updates yet on the extent of the injuries, but we wish them a full and speedy recovery.
