Dixie's Nephew or Nothing: Why I'm Walking Away from TNA if EC3 Doesn't Deliver
Been a rough year for TNA overall in terms of shows—too much inconsistency, some booking head-scratchers, other nastiness I won’t mention here… ratings have been solid, but the TV and specials simply aren’t hitting like they should.
But EC3? Man, he's the entire reason I became a die-hard fan back in the day!
That 'Dixie's nephew' run was straight fire—the arrogant, spoiled rich kid with the silver spoon, the 'Control Your Narrative' vibe before it was a thing, and that perfect mix of athleticism and smug personality.
He felt like a legit star who elevated everyone around him.
Trouble, trouble, trouble... it was must-watch TV.
No new gimmick, no 'evolved' version, and definitely none of that other stuff he's done elsewhere.
It's gotta be the classic EC3—the Dixie Carter-connected, Top 1% asshole we all loved to hate. That's the best character TNA ever created, period. Bring that back properly or I'm out.
I'll still check highlights, but honestly, without real EC3, TNA loses me as a weekly viewer. Make it count at Rebellion, TNA. Don't fumble this return..
