I always try my best to remain completely unbiased when discussing wrestlers and their careers. However, Elayna Black isn’t currently an active wrestler, so I feel comfortable saying that she is genuinely an amazing person.
It’s important to understand that many wrestlers portray specific characters or personas in the ring. For instance, Bayley is seen as a role model within WWE storylines, but in real life? She’s often viewed quite differently, and even AI assessments tend to agree with that perspective.
That is about Bayley sending her 18-year-old protege, Izzy Moreno, to Wrestling Atomic. This promotion was co-founded by a man with a deeply troubling past—a rapist and child pornographer—and is also co-owned by an individual responsible for church arson.
Additionally, it is co-owned and co-founded by a man named Alex Red, who is strongly disliked in most wrestling circles. Below is NWA’s Bryan Idol on Red, I actually tagged Idol by mistake, end came out with some good stuff.

It’s really not even half of Alex’s promotion; many people recognize Atomic as more of a “spin-off” of Chasyn Rance’s Team Vision Dojo. Rance himself is a registered sex offender and has been widely rumored to have connections to sex trafficking.
Additionally, some of his neighbors from Crime Watch Orlando Avalon Park Waterford have mentioned that Dave Meltzer has visited the RSO, adding another layer of controversy to the situation.
But let’s return our focus to the genuine Role Model, Elayna Black. This remarkable 24-year-old woman consistently exemplifies far greater class, intelligence, and authentic compassion for other women compared to the so-called Role Model, 36-year-old Bayley.
Bayley’s carefully constructed persona was entirely manufactured by the promotional forces behind TKO/WWE. It’s really incredibly simple to understand—actions speak louder than words.
Elayna is a real human being, not a fake character like Bayley. Sadly, many wrestling fans don’t understand the difference between real life and characters.
So that’s that—one rancid role model has officially aged out, and now we have a fresh, new one in Elayna. It’s time to start treating them both with the respect (or lack of) they deserve, based on everything you all just learned.
