Jade Cargill Proves Haters Wrong — Even in Defeat at Clash in Italy

Jade Cargill Proved Haters Wrong in Epic Loss to Rhea Ripley at Clash in Italy

The Italian crowd came to party, and Jade Cargill vs. Rhea Ripley delivered one of the most electric women's title matches of the year. From the opening bell, the "This is Awesome" chants rained down as two absolute powerhouses collided in a WWE WrestleMania 42 rematch.

Even in defeat, Jade Cargill walked out looking like a future superstar — silencing a lot of the tired "she's just eye candy" noise once and for all.

Jade Cargill's Breakout Performance

Let's be real: Jade has taken plenty of flak online. "Great look, limited wrestling." Tonight, she shut that down. She came out explosive, using her freakish athleticism and raw power to dominate early stretches.

Military presses, stiff strikes, and that signature Jaded all looked sharper and more confident than ever.

This wasn't just a good match for Jade — it felt like her best outing EVER, period.

She hung right there with one of the most complete performers in the division and had Rhea in serious trouble multiple times.

Rhea Ripley played her part perfectly too.

Her selling, timing, and psychology elevated the whole thing. That's pro wrestling — great opponents bring out the best in each other. Props to Rhea for making Jade look like a legitimate destroyer while still retaining her championship.

The Italian fans treated this like a main event from start to finish. Huge pops for every big spot, dueling chants, and those organic "This is Awesome" calls proved the chemistry was clicking.

No dead spots — just hard-hitting, believable powerhouse action that felt like a proper rivalry chapter two.

The Chaotic Finish That Told a Bigger Story

The closing sequence was pure WWE drama:

  • B-Fab and Michin provided the expected backup, leading to a near-fall for Jade.

  • The ref caught them and ejected both after a lengthy setup.

  • Charlotte Flair inserted herself (as teased in the build), diving on the group outside.

  • Back in the ring, Jade hit a massive kick followed by Jaded... but Charlotte slyly placed Rhea's foot on the rope (unseen by the ref, naturally — classic Flair).

  • One final Riptide later, and Rhea retained the WWE Women's Championship.

It wasn't a clean finish, but it protected Jade while advancing multiple storylines. Charlotte's involvement screams future feud, and Jade still looks strong coming out of this war.

Jade Cargill just had her defining night.

Critics can keep moving the goalposts, but anyone watching saw a performer who belongs at the very top. Pair her with veterans like Rhea and watch her continue to grow. The sky is the limit.

Rhea stays the dominant champ for now, but with Charlotte lurking and Jade hotter than ever, the road to the next big title program is already paved in fireworks.
