Lei Ying Lee Gets Emotional after TNA KO’s Title Win

Last night (November 25, 2025) on Week 2 of WWE NXT Gold Rush, Lei Ying Lee, formerly known as Xia Li, delivered an impressive performance by defeating both the reigning champion Kelani Jordan and the formidable Jordynne Grace in a thrilling triple threat match.

With this hard-fought victory, Lee captured the TNA Knockouts World Championship, marking a significant milestone in her wrestling career.

Lei Ying Lee is the first Chinese-born Champion in TNA history, a remarkable achievement that follows her groundbreaking role as the first Chinese wrestler in WWE history.

This milestone highlights her significant impact on the wrestling world and marks a new chapter in representing Chinese athletes in major wrestling promotions.

She was very emotional after the show, you can truly see how much this meant to her and that’s awesome. Do I wish he had more of a push before getting this huge win? Definitely, but nothing is perfect, especially with TNA these days.

They already announced that Champion Kelani Jordan would face the winner of a match happening tomorrow night at Final Resolution. So, creating that graphic beforehand ended up being a complete waste of time and effort!
