Thea Hail is out here doing what she does best: being unapologetically Thea. On her Instagram, the former NXT Women’s North American Champion posted a wild slideshow-style hype reel that might actually be the best casual promo for the show right now.
It’s not your typical polished WWE package — it’s messy, self-aware, cocky, and hilarious. Exactly what we love from her.
The Promo Breakdown
“Every Tuesday we got some devious and dangerous behavior taking place on the CW at 8PM… tonight, we’ll be there.”
She then starts running through the chaos she brings every week: “We got some submissions… some rope biting… some titles… a chicken wing…” (Cut to a photo of her straight-up eating chicken like it’s the most important visual of the night — we’re dying.)
And then comes the best part. She proudly flashes multiple photos of herself holding the NXT North American Championship, pointing at each one like she’s showing off her trophy collection: “We got a lot of pretty titles with history…”
The whole thing is just Thea being Thea — equal parts arrogant and adorable, with that signature chaotic gremlin energy that makes her one of the most entertaining people on the roster.
