TKO Group Holdings Makes Two Big Moves: Q2 2026 Dividend Declared + UFC-Paramount Partnership Expands to Canada

TKO Group Holdings Q2 2026 dividend announcement and UFC Paramount Canada deal

TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO) dropped two positive announcements today, June 4, 2026, signaling continued financial strength and international growth for its flagship UFC brand.

TKO Declares Second Quarter 2026 Dividend

TKO’s board of directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend, distributing approximately $150 million to equityholders. Class A common stockholders will receive $0.79 per share.

  • Payment Date: June 30, 2026

  • Record Date: June 15, 2026

This marks another consistent return of capital to shareholders as TKO continues to integrate UFC, WWE, and its other properties under one roof. Future dividends remain subject to the company’s financial performance, market conditions, and board discretion.

Paramount+ and UFC Expand Partnership to Canada Starting in 2027

In a major win for Canadian MMA fans, UFC and Paramount have extended their media rights deal north of the border.

Beginning in 2027, all 13 UFC Numbered Event main cards (the big pay-per-view style events featuring title fights and top stars) will stream exclusively and live on Paramount+ in Canada — at no additional cost to subscribers.

Key Details:

  • Six-year agreement.

  • Builds on Paramount’s existing seven-year, multi-territory deal announced in 2025.

  • Covers Canada alongside strong existing UFC rights in the U.S., Latin America, and Australia.

  • UFC President Dana White: “Paramount has been an incredible partner… I love Canada and I’m very excited for the fans.”

Canada has a rich UFC history, hosting legendary events since UFC 83 in 2008 (including multiple appearances by Georges St-Pierre).

This move brings the biggest fights directly to Paramount+ subscribers nationwide, making premium live MMA more accessible than ever.
