TNA Re-Signs Steve Maclin, Sacrifice Main Event Set + Thursday’s Spoiler-Free Lineup
TNA Wrestling dropped a big one on Monday: Former World Champion Steve Maclin has officially re-signed with the company! Following his reinstatement last week on Thursday Night iMPACT!, the company announced via their official X account, “Bulletproof” is back — and he’s immediately stepping into a massive main-event opportunity.
Maclin will challenge TNA World Champion Mike Santana at TNA Sacrifice on Friday, March 27, 2026, streaming LIVE on TNA+ from the Alario Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.
It all started when Maclin drew the dreaded “Fired” briefcase in the Feast or Fired match. What looked like the end of his TNA run turned personal fast. Maclin attacked his longtime ally Santana, and even put hands on commentator (and personal friend) Tom Hannifan during a heated interview segment.
After some chaos and a reinstatement, the grudge is now official — and the TNA World Championship is on the line.
This has been one of the most creative angles TNA has run in a while. Turning a “firing” into a direct path straight to the title picture?
That’s an intriguing and unexpected swerve — I may not personally love the execution, but I respect the bold creativity behind it.
TNA also shared a special playlist celebrating Women’s History Month, featuring a variety of Knockouts from different eras of TNA history, available now on TNA+!
This Thursday on TNA iMPACT! (9/8c on AMC, AMC+, TNA+, Sportsnet 360)
With Sacrifice just over two weeks away and the Maclin news still fresh, this week’s episode is going to be loaded with fallout, promos, and momentum-building action.

Atlanta Street Fight: Moose vs. Cedric Alexander
AJ Francis vs. Elijah
Indi Hartwell will be in action
Six-Man Tag Team Match: Trey Miguel, BDE & Rich Swann vs. Mustafa Ali, Jason Hotch & John Skyler
