Just a couple of months ago, it felt like TNA Wrestling was on the brink of total collapse.
Following the departures of key leadership figures like Scott D'Amore, Tommy Dreamer, and Gail Kim, concerns mounted over whether the company had the right wrestling minds in place to steer the ship.
However, TNA’s recent wave of talent acquisitions demonstrates clear forward momentum.

TNA Recent Signings/Additions
Shayna Baszler, Zoey Serrano & Shotzi: TNA has made aggressive moves to fortify the Knockouts division. Former WWE star Shayna Baszler officially signed and captured the Knockouts Tag Team Titles alongside Zoey Serrano (formerly WWE’s Zoey Stark, born Theresa Serrano), whose poise and in-ring caliber make her a foundational pillar for the company.
Adding even more momentum, TNA officially announced the signing of Shotzi Blackheart, bringing her high-energy, wild style to the roster following her TV taping debut in Alabama.
Santino Marella & Amazing Red: Santino Marella has officially re-signed, maintaining his key role on TV. Meanwhile, reports from Pro Wrestling Insider indicate that high-flying pioneer and X-Division Champion Amazing Red is set to sign with TNA soon.
Samuel Shaw & Joseph Sawyer (Joe Gacy) / syX: Both Samuel Shaw and Joseph Sawyer officially signed with TNA. They debuted on iMPACT! under the group name syX after a series of backstage attacks, and TNA confirmed their official contract signings right after.
Kiera Hogan: Re-signing Kiera Hogan was another key move for the Knockouts division. Returning to TNA at Lockdown after her run in AEW, Hogan instantly re-established herself at the top of the tag team division, adding proven depth and familiarity to the roster.
Erick Redbeard: (Erick Rowan) made a surprise appearance at Bound for Glory to assist syX, but he has not officially signed a TNA contract yet.
The Bottom Line
While question marks remain regarding overall backstage creative leadership, TNA is actively refreshing its roster with experienced veterans and powerhouse talent.
The trajectory is finally heading in the right direction…..once they hire a “Wrestling Person” to replace Carlos “The Suit” Silva.
Ratings and viewership remain an ongoing nightmare, and Carlos just can’t sustain anything genuinely interesting for more than a few weeks at a stretch.
