President and CEO of All Elite Wrestling, Tony Khan was a guest on the Ariel Helwani show this week and all kind of highlights have been coming out. The latest being Tony speaking about: old timers who criticize AEW with bad faith.
“It clearly does engagement for them, to talk about AEW. Because you wouldn’t spend such a large percentage of your real estate and wouldn’t devote so much of your content, unless it was engaging. AEW is a huge part of the wrestling audience”- Tony Khan
Normally I’d have something to argue or add here, but honestly, I’ve got nothing this time! TK really nailed it—that’s precisely why many people excessively criticize AEW. It’s exactly the reaction those AEW-haters are aiming for.
