WrestlePro X: 10 Year Anniversary Explodes with Title Changes and MJF Swerve

WrestlePro celebrated a decade of independent wrestling action with its 10 Year Anniversary Show at the Rahway Rec Center, and the night lived up to the hype with several title changes, high-profile guest appearances, and a chaotic post-show angle involving AEW's MJF.

The card featured a mix of established WrestlePro stars, rising talent, and AEW crossovers like “Creepy” Ricochet, The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens and Max Caster), and Gates of Agony.

But the real story of the night was the shifting gold across multiple divisions, and of course AEW World Champion, Maxwell Jacob Friedman.

The show streamed live on the WrestlePro YouTube channel and drew a passionate hometown crowd for the milestone event.

Key Title Changes

  • WrestlePro Gold Championship (3-Way Dance): In the main event, LSG dethroned CPA (c) in a triple threat that also included Vargas. LSG capitalized on the chaos to score the pin and walk out as the new WrestlePro Gold Champion. This marked a major upset for the veteran LSG in a hard-fought match that capped off the anniversary celebration.

WrestlePro Tag Team Championship (Winner-Take-All): Sent 2 Slaughter (c) defended their WrestlePro Tag Titles against The Now (ACW Tag Team Champions) after a two-year feud. The Now (Vik Dalishus & Hale Collins) upset them, winning both the WrestlePro and ACW Tag Titles and unifying the belts, swinging momentum in the inter-promotional rivalry.

  • WrestlePro Garden State Championship: El Magnifico put his title on the line against Justin Corino. Corino came out on top, becoming the new Garden State Champion in what was billed as a strong mid-card showcase.

  • Brian Myers def. TJ Crawford (opening singles bout)

  • An 8-Way Scramble won by Tommy Invincible

  • Ricochet def. Soleil (fka Sidney Akeem)

  • Lady Frost vs. Ava Everett (#1 Contender's match for the Women's Title)

  • Scotty 2 Hotty & Keagan Garland vs. The Revolver’s Chamber

  • Gates of Agony def. Ace of Space Academy

Post-Show Chaos

As trainer and WrestlePro figurehead Pat Buck was addressing the crowd after the main event, AEW World Champion MJF made a surprise appearance. What started as a seemingly congratulatory moment quickly turned ugly when MJF blindsided Buck with a low blow, laying him out in the ring before exiting.

This angle has already sparked speculation about future crossovers or storylines. WrestlePro X proved that after 10 years, the promotion is still delivering surprises, new champions, and must-see moments.

With fresh titleholders in the Gold, Tag, and Garden State divisions, the road ahead looks stacked for upcoming events.
