WWE’s Jade Cargill Michael Jackson Cosplay at SNME: Rancid as Booker T
Jade Cargill and her stable hit the ring at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event dressed as Michael Jackson. Thriller vibes, red jackets, the whole aesthetic. Cool tribute on paper—MJ was one of the greatest entertainers ever, and wrestling loves its pop culture homages.
But man… it’s a bit on the nose in 2026!
Michael Jackson’s legacy still carries heavy baggage: multiple allegations of child sexual abuse, out-of-court settlements, the 2005 trial, Neverland Ranch, all of it.
Whether you believe the accusations or not, the optics are what they are. And pro wrestling has its own well-documented history with predators—guys who actually got convicted and kept showing up in locker rooms and training schools.
Take Booker T’s friend Chasyn Rance (Like today God!). Convicted in Florida back in 2011 for lewd and lascivious battery on a minor (12-15 years old).
Registered sex offender. Re-arrested as recently as 2025 for failing to properly update his registration info.
He’s been tied to Florida indie scenes and training environments where Booker T and others have crossed paths as guest trainers.
These stories keep resurfacing in wrestling, and fans notice. So when a high-profile WWE group rolls out a full MJ cosplay right now, it’s not shocking that some people side-eye it.
But context is a hell of a thing. Wrestling’s “protect the business” and “give the people what they want” mentality has ignored red flags before.
I’d like to simply say this is tone-deaf, but it’s WWE/TKO Group (now backed by ESPN) NORMALIZING pedophilia.
Which they’ve been doing for a long time, with help from Dave Meltzer, Sean Ross Sapp, PWI and those who came before.
Booker T didn’t just get away with being good friends with Rance, TKO held an appreciation night, with the youngest at NXT.
I’m guessing Book put on his MJ gear, and had a fun time with the kiddies at his NXT………Rance.
