It is genuinely cool to see Nick Aldis getting this spotlight. Whether or not he survives the "Ring General" in the ring, you can't take away his history—he carried the NWA (w/ Kamille) for a long time!
Nick fka Magnus was a damn good TNA World Champion, and honestly, seeing him step back into a WWE ring for the first time is a massive moment for his career.
Sometimes, you have to look at the performer's journey and appreciate that he’s getting his due, regardless of past booking, which had a lot of bad.
