AEW Dynamite Preview: May 13, 2026 – Asheville, NC

All Elite Wrestling returns to the Harrah’s Cherokee Center in Asheville, North Carolina this Wednesday (May 13, 2026) night for a stacked episode of Dynamite (8 PM ET on TBS and HBO Max).

With Double or Nothing just around the corner on May 24, this show is loaded with title action, high-stakes tag team warfare, and key build toward the PPV.

Announced matches, my match-by-match predictions, and our newest podcast episode are listed below. #AutismAwareness

AEW Dynamite May 13, 2026 Lineup

  • AEW World Championship: Darby Allin (c) vs. Konosuke Takeshita (w/ Don Callis)

Darby Allin puts his newly-won AEW World Title on the line against “The Alpha” Konosuke Takeshita. Originally advertised as a clash with Kazuchika Okada, Takeshita stepped up after Okada’s travel issues. These two delivered a banger in 2024, and this rematch should be no different—expect stiff strikes, big offense, and Darby’s signature risk-taking.

  • Will Ospreay vs. Ace Austin

The Aerial Assassin returns to action after a neck injury. Ospreay vs. the flashy, athletic Ace Austin should be a show-stealer full of flips, kicks, and near-falls.

  • The Young Bucks, Orange Cassidy, Adam Copeland (Cope) & Christian Cage vs. FTR, Tommaso Ciampa & The Dogs (Clark Connors & David Finlay)

Tag division chaos at its finest. With multiple rivalries colliding—tag titles, trios gold, and plenty of personal beef—this one is guaranteed to break down into a wild brawl.

Additional Segments

  • MJF appearance — Maxwell Jacob Friedman is in the building. Expect promos, mind games, and teases for his future (likely tied to Allin).

  • Owen Hart Foundation Tournament Brackets — Both the men’s and women’s brackets for the prestigious 2026 tournament will be revealed live on the show.

Dynamite Predictions

  • FTR, The Dogs and Tommaso Ciampa defeats Adam Copeland, Christian Cage, Orange Cassidy and The Young Bucks with the help of the masked man.

  • Will Ospreay defeats Ace Austin

  • AEW Title: Darby Allin defeats Konosuke Takeshita

  • MJF accepts the challenge from Darby Allin and signs the contract for the AEW World Title match at AEW Double Or Nothing.

  • Owen Hart Memorial Tournament Bracket Announcement for Men And Women Interrupted by The Death Riders who destroys the Owen Hart Trophy.

  • Kris Statlander calls out The Triangle Of Madness.

  • Post-Credit Ending: Darby Allin and Konosuke Takeshita has been taken out after the masked man uses a chair.
