TNA Impact Crashes to 0.02 Demo & 164K Viewers on AMC — We Warned This Was Coming

TNA iMPACT! hit a new low on Thursday, May 7, 2026. According to Wrestlenomics and Programming Insider, the episode drew just 164,000 viewers with a 0.02 rating in the key 18-49 demographic on AMC.

That’s down 22% in total viewers and 33% in the demo from the previous week’s 209,000 viewers / 0.03 demo.

For context:

  • This is the lowest demo TNA has posted since moving to AMC.

  • On their previous home AXS TV, they were regularly pulling 0.03 demos (and sometimes lower total viewership).

We called this exact slide in the May 7 preview.

The Syracuse taping run, random filler matches, and lack of momentum-building booking were not going to stop the bleed. The early AMC honeymoon numbers are officially gone, and the product has to change — fast.

Legit creative and booking adjustments are needed if TNA wants to hold onto (or grow) the audience they gained with the network upgrade.

Right now, they’re sliding right back toward AXS-level numbers while on a much bigger platform. The numbers don’t lie.
