AEW Dynamite Ratings 2026: Another Week Down — 596K Viewers as Post-MJF Title Change Slump Continues

AEW Dynamite hit another low this week, drawing just 596,000 viewers and a 0.08 rating in the key 18-49 demographic — its lowest number since February 2026.

The numbers come as wrestling viewership across the board takes a hit from NBA and NHL playoffs, but the timing has fans and analysts pointing directly to one factor: MJF losing the AEW World Championship to Darby Allin on the April 15 episode.

Quick Ratings Breakdown (Recent Weeks)

  • April 15 (MJF vs. Darby title change): 710K viewers (spike)

  • April 22 (Darby’s first title defense): 617K viewers (down 13%)

  • April 29: 596K viewers (down again — lowest since February)

That’s now multiple straight weeks of declines since MJF dropped the belt.

What It Means for AEW

This is the third consecutive dip since the title switch. With Double or Nothing on the horizon, AEW will be looking for a rebound — especially with MJF still appearing weekly and major storylines heating up.

The good news? Live attendance remains strong and the product is stacked. But sustained TV ratings struggles could put extra pressure on booking decisions moving forward.

WrestleVoice will keep tracking the numbers each week. Is this just playoff noise, a Darby adjustment period, or a bigger warning sign for AEW’s momentum?
