How The New York Knicks Were Saved By Danhausen Last Night

You turned it off, right? Down 22 with 8 minutes left, Cavs looked like they were about to take game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals… and then the curse hit.

Earlier in the day, WWE Superstar Danhausen rolled up on NBA Today, smiled that evil little smile, and dropped the hex straight on the Cleveland Cavaliers. “Very nice… very evil.” Boom.

Knicks fans had already paid the human money once before (that Cameo to lift the curse off New York and put it on the Hawks — worked like a charm).

This time? Danhausen cursed the Cavs on purpose. Result? One of the most insane comebacks in playoff history. 44-11 run. Jalen Brunson going nuclear.

Cavs blowing a 22-point lead in regulation and losing in OT: Knicks 115, Cavs 104.

Danhausen was even in the building at MSG watching his work pay off.

So yeah… while you were yelling at the TV and clicking off, a weirdo wrestler from AEW was somewhere giggling because he just booked the biggest fourth-quarter comeback of the postseason.

Very Nice. Very Evil. Very Knicks.
