Mayor Glenn Jacobs Roasted Kane on The Undertaker’s Birthday, Wait What?!

Mayor Glenn Jacobs Roasted Kane on The Undertaker’s Birthday, Wait What?!

If you needed proof that we’re living in the weirdest, most entertaining timeline possible, look no further than yesterday’s Twitter timeline.

Knox County Mayor (and actual human being) Glenn Jacobs quote-tweeted his legendary WWE persona Kane… to call him out for being too sarcastic on The Undertaker’s birthday.

Yes, you read that right. It all started when the official @KaneWWE account dropped this absolute gem:

Happy birthday to the @undertaker!

Yes, you burned down the family house, encased my real father, Paul Bearer, in concrete, and set me on fire…a couple of times…but otherwise you’re the best big brother anyone could ever hope for!”

Classic Kane. Dry, deadpan, and still holding a 25-year grudge while pretending he’s over it.

Then Mayor Jacobs rolls up in the replies like the responsible older sibling (or in this case, the guy who actually is Kane):

“Wow, I think I detect some sarcasm.
Happy birthday, @undertaker!

One of the greatest of all time both in the ring and outside of it!”

The fact that Glenn Jacobs is out here gently parenting his own masked, fire-starting, brother-burying wrestling character is comedy gold on a level we simply don’t deserve.

Think about it:

  • One account is run by a constitutional libertarian who serves as a real-life mayor.

  • The other is a seven-foot pyro maniac who once tried to embalm his own brother and spent years trying to set him on fire.

This is what happens when kayfabe and real life have a beautiful, unhinged baby in 2026.

It’s wholesome, it’s ridiculous, and it’s the most Tennessee thing ever.

So happy birthday to The Undertaker — the Deadman, the Phenom, and apparently the guy who somehow survived having Kane as a little brother.

And props to Glenn Jacobs for giving us the single greatest “my evil wrestling persona is being sarcastic again” moment in internet history.
