ROH Supercard of Honor 2026: Updated Card & Predictions

ROH Supercard of Honor 2026: Updated Card & Predictions

AEW’s Ring of Honor’s flagship event returns for its 19th edition on May 15, 2026. While not tied to WrestleMania weekend this year, Supercard of Honor remains one of ROH’s biggest nights of the year.

The card features multiple title matches, including the first-ever Women’s Survival of the Fittest match, and several Pure Rules bouts.

Check out the updated card along with my match-by-match predictions and quick takes.

ROH Women’s World Television Championship Red Velvet (c) vs. Viva Van

Viva Van has been building momentum and earned this shot by defeating others in qualifiers or proving ground matches. Red Velvet is a solid champion with athleticism and experience, but Viva feels like a fresh face ready for a breakout.

Prediction: Viva Van defeats Red Velvet to win the ROH Women’s World Television Championship.

Pure Rules Match: Nigel McGuinness vs. Josh Woods

This is a classic Pure Rules clash between two technically sound wrestlers who respect the ruleset. Nigel brings veteran savvy, ring psychology, and that signature European uppercut flair. Woods/Briggs is a capable big man who can hang in technical exchanges.

Prediction: Nigel McGuinness defeats Josh Woods/Briggs.

ROH Women’s World Championship – Survival of the Fittest Match: Athena (c) vs. Maya World vs. Trish Adora vs. Yuka Sakazaki vs. Billie Starkz vs. (TBD)

Persephone was originally in the match but was pulled due to injury. Zayda Steel is set to face Hyan in a qualifier at Supercard Showdown to earn the final spot.

This is the marquee match of the night: a multi-woman chaos bout for the first time in this format on ROH PPV. Athena has been a dominant champion, but the field is stacked with hungry competitors (Sakazaki’s international appeal, Starkz’s rising star power, Adora’s strength, etc.).

Prediction: Zayda Steel defeats Athena, Trish Adora, Yuka Sakazaki, Billie Starkz, and Maya World to win the ROH Women’s World Championship.

ROH Women’s Pure Championship: Deonna Purrazzo (c) vs. Diamante

Deonna is one of the best technical wrestlers in the world and has elevated the Women’s Pure title. Diamante brings aggression and striking. Expect a crisp, hard-hitting Pure Rules match.

Prediction: Deonna Purrazzo defeats Diamante.

ROH World Championship: Bandido (c) vs. Blake Christian

Bandido is a high-flying, innovative champion who’s had strong outings. Blake Christian is a crafty, opportunistic heel who can steal a win with underhanded tactics. This should be an excellent, fast-paced main-event style match.

Prediction: Blake Christian defeats Bandido to win the ROH World Championship.
(Title change feels right here to shake up the top of the card and give Blake a big moment.)

Overall Thoughts

  • Standout Match: The Women’s Survival of the Fittest – historic and loaded with potential.

  • Potential Surprises: More matches could be added in the final week. Keep an eye on the Zayda Steel vs. Hyan qualifier result.

  • Theme of the Night: Title changes in at least 2-3 matches, signaling a new era for ROH’s women’s divisions and top title picture.
