TNA iMPACT Ratings (3/26/26): Demo Rating Ties Series High On AMC

The March 26 episode of TNA iMPACT on AMC delivered a solid rebound heading into Sacrifice.

According to early numbers, the show drew 256,000 total viewers and a 0.05 rating in the key adults 18-49 demographic. That’s a +2.4% increase in total audience and a healthy +25% jump in the demo compared to last week’s 250,000 viewers / 0.04 rating.

The 0.05 demo ties the highest rating TNA IMPACT has posted in its entire AMC run (previously reached on February 5, February 12, and February 19).

While total viewership remains important, the 18-49 demographic rating is generally considered more valuable by networks and advertisers.

It represents the younger, more advertiser-friendly audience that drives higher ad rates and long-term value for a show like iMPACT.

Since moving to AMC in January, TNA iMPACT has shown strong consistency.

After an early building phase, the show has largely settled into the 240k–260k viewer range with the demo bouncing between 0.03–0.05.

This week’s performance sits comfortably above the 2026 season-to-date averages of roughly 0.042 in the demo and 229,000 viewers.

The episode went up against heavy NCAA March Madness competition on CBS (which posted a massive 1.98 demo), yet still held its ground as one of AMC’s more reliable Thursday night performers.

Just days before Sacrifice, this kind of steady demo lift on a go-home show is very encouraging.

No massive spikes, but the reliable numbers and occasional upward ticks continue to paint a picture of a show finding its footing on its new network home.
