IWC Cuts: May 2026 – Who Got Axed & Where We Think They’ll End Up

IWC Cuts May 2026 graphic showing Cultaholic editing team layoffs and Bodyslam.net departures including Fog Jones

Wrestling media is going through its own little purge right now. YouTube algorithm changes + internal shake-ups = movement at Cultaholic and Bodyslam.net.

The departures have sparked a wave of comments and speculation online, with many asking: “What the hell is happening?”.

Cultaholic Video Editing Team (All 7 Let Go)

  • Dan, Emma, Luke (GhostBandit_DJ), Matt (Matt Stewart), Pearse, Richard & Ryan

They handled production for years. Now the on-camera crew will edit their own stuff.

  • Where we think they land:

Most should pick up freelance editing gigs quickly. A couple will probably pop up on smaller wrestling channels or start their own content. The community usually supports these guys well.

Bodyslam.net Departures

  • Brady Alexander (Lead Writer & Social Media Manager) — Stepped away for a new opportunity

Prediction: Totally changes course, buys a Wendy’s franchise.

  • Cory Hays (New scoopster & Patreon guy who can’t fully grow facial hair)

Prediction: Joins Fightful, to continue his personal crusade of protecting registered sex offender, Chasyn Rance.

  • Danny Bennett (Tech, logos, graphics, training) — Left for other projects.

Prediction: Freelance graphic design for promotions, video game stuff, maybe detective work, possible future president of the U.S. Dude has skills!

  • Fog Jones (@thefogjones) — Announced May 12 he’s stepping away. Called it a “transition” with “more news coming soon.”

  • Prediction: This is the one I’m actually excited for. He was the biggest personality/draw they had. Gotta go with Fightful, cause they likely pay the best and he’s smart.

  • Nick Dapickle (LoPiccolo) — The podcast guest whose chaotic/ranty appearance (copyright drama + AEW burial) allegedly poured gasoline on everything.

Prediction: Instant IWC villain arc, possible future heat magnet or "never invite back" status. Either way, he accelerated the cuts season.

It’s a reminder that the wrestling content world is changing fast.

Respect to everyone moving on, except Creepy Cory.
