NXT Keeps Proving It's THE Best PW Show: Huge Title Changes and Shocking Moments!
NXT continues to deliver as the top pro wrestling show right now—this week's episode had it all and earned a very strong 8.9/10 from me.
Three title changes shook things up on tonight’s (February 24, 2026) WWE NXT: The Vanity Project dethroned DarkState for the NXT Tag Team Titles (great to see that shift after a chaotic interference-fueled finish).
Elio LeFleur captured the Men's Speed Championship in a triple threat, and Myles Borne upset Ethan Page to claim the North American Title.
Borne absolutely needed that win, and the wild heel/face run-in chaos at the end (with even NXT Champion Joe Hendry getting involved) made for a memorable close.
On the women's side, Zaria's long-teased heel turn finally hit, spearing and F-5'ing Sol Ruca before her NXT Women's Title match against Jacy Jayne—brutal, effective, and perfectly timed to cost Ruca the gold.
Tatum Paxley and Izzi Dame had a fantastic segment going until the abrupt lights-out transition to the next segment (odd, but it kept the pace flying).
Thea Hail picking up the W over Blake Monroe in the Women's Speed tournament was a highlight—always good to see her shine and nice to see Jaida Parker back—though I'm bummed Blake took another L.
Mixed feelings on the Evolve crossovers like Kale Dixon vs. Uriah Connors and Keanu Carver vs. Sean Legacy; it's smart for building the future, but those names don't quite click for me on NXT yet.
Overall, a stacked, fast-paced night full of surprises, betrayals, and title drama.
NXT keeps proving why it's must-watch. What a show!
