TNA iMPACT! TV Taping Predictions: Slammiversary Fallout (July 1 & July 2, 2026)

Following a historic and chaotic night in Boston for Slammiversary, TNA Wrestling heads into a massive set of television tapings. The landscape of the company has completely shifted, and the road ahead features tournament action, bitter rivalries, and a controversial new world champion.

Here are the full predictions for both nights of the TNA iMPACT! tapings.


Night 1 Predictions

Eddie Edwards vs. Leon Slater

  • The Prediction: Eddie Edwards defeats Leon Slater.

  • The Angle: Edwards looks to bounce back after a grueling No Surrender match at Slammiversary. Standing in his way is the young phenom, Leon Slater. While Slater brings the high-flying energy, the veteran cunning of Edwards secures him a hard-fought victory to re-establish his spot in the singles division.


TNA Knockouts World Championship: Lei Ying Lee vs. Xia Brookside (c)

  • The Prediction: Lei Ying Lee defeats Xia Brookside to capture the title.

  • The Angle: Xia Brookside shocked the world by dethroning Lei Ying Lee at Slammiversary. However, the former champion invokes an immediate rematch clause. Driven by absolute fury, Lee shuts down Brookside's fairytale reign early, reclaiming her spot at the top of the Knockouts division.


Knockouts Television Championship Tournament (Round 1): Allie vs. Heather By Elegance

  • The Prediction: Allie defeats Heather By Elegance.

  • The Angle: Following the introduction of the brand-new Knockouts Television Title, the tournament kicks off in high gear. Fresh off her Knockouts Tag Team Championship win, Allie keeps her momentum rolling by shutting down Heather By Elegance to advance.


Knockouts Television Championship Tournament (Round 1): Tasha Steelz vs. Mara Sade

  • The Prediction: Tasha Steelz defeats Mara Sade.

  • The Angle: Tasha Steelz looks to cement herself as a foundational part of this new championship picture. She brings her signature swagger and veteran edge to outlast the rising Mara Sade, punching her ticket to the next round.


Knockouts Television Championship Tournament (Round 1): M By Elegance vs. Rosemary

  • The Prediction: M By Elegance defeats Rosemary.

  • The Angle: In a clash of contrasting styles, The Elegance Brand gets some revenge for Slammiversary. M By Elegance utilizes some underhanded tactics to overcome the demonic presence of Rosemary, pulling off a massive tournament upset.


The Champ Addresses The Controversy: Nic Nemeth Speaks

  • The Prediction: New TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth addresses the audience and explains his actions regarding Mike Santana.

  • The Angle: Nemeth walked out of Boston with the gold, but it came with massive help from his brother Ryan and a controversial steel trophy shot. Nemeth takes the mic to explain exactly why he had to cross that line to beat Santana, laying down the law for his new era.


Massive Multi-Man Mayhem: BDE vs. The Field

  • The Prediction: BDE defeats Mr. Elegance, Fabian Aichner, Jason Hotch, Rich Swann, and The Hometown Man.

  • The Angle: The ring clears out for a chaotic, fast-paced showcase match. BDE shines in the spotlight, overcoming the odds and outlasting a stacked field of TNA standouts to secure a statement victory.


Night 2 Predictions

TNA World Tag Team Championship: The Hardys (c) vs. The Great Hands

  • The Prediction: The Hardys defeat The Great Hands to retain the titles.

  • The Angle: Matt and Jeff Hardy captured the tag team gold in a spectacular ladder match at Slammiversary. The Great Hands (Jason Hotch & John Skyler) waste no time gunning for the legends. Despite a valiant effort from the challengers, the iconic brothers deliver a Twist of Fate and a Swanton Bomb to retain.


Knockouts Television Championship Tournament (Round 1): Harley Hudson vs. Thea Hail

  • The Prediction: Harley Hudson defeats Thea Hail.

  • The Angle: A highly anticipated crossover clash of styles. The high-energy, chaotic spirit of Thea Hail meets the calculated execution of Harley Hudson. Hudson manages to ground the athletic Hail, securing a pivotal win.

Knockouts Television Championship Tournament (Round 1): Elayna Black vs. Wendy Choo

  • The Prediction: Elayna Black defeats Wendy Choo.

  • The Angle: Elayna Black is riding high after a major triple-threat victory on the Slammiversary pre-show. She keeps her hot streak alive by neutralizing the unique, unorthodox offense of Wendy Choo.


Knockouts Television Championship Tournament (Round 1): Alisha Edwards vs. Jada Stone

  • The Prediction: Alisha Edwards defeats Jada Stone.

  • The Angle: Following the chaotic physical fallout of the No Surrender match on Night 1, Alisha Edwards takes her aggression out in the ring. She puts on an aggressive display to shut down the spirited young Jada Stone.


Mustafa Ali's Celebration Interrupted

  • The Prediction: Mustafa Ali celebrates his International Championship win, but Trey Miguel launches a surprise attack.

  • The Angle: Ali survived a fierce triple threat open challenge at Slammiversary and takes to the ring to gloat. Before he can fully revel in his greatness, Trey Miguel blindsides the champion, making it crystal clear that he is gunning for the International Title next.


Eric Young Demands Redemption

  • The Prediction: Eric Young cuts a passionate promo addressing his loss to Ricky Sosa and demands a rematch anytime, anywhere.

  • The Angle: Shocked by his pre-show loss to the rising Ricky Sosa, the legendary Eric Young takes the microphone. In an intense, emotional segment, EY calls out Sosa, proving he isn't going down without a fight and offering an open-ended challenge.


Main Event: Moose vs. Ryan Nemeth

  • The Prediction: Moose defeats Ryan Nemeth.

  • The Angle: Ryan Nemeth’s interference was the catalyst for his brother Nic winning the world title on Night 1. However, actions have consequences. The powerhouse Moose looks to dismantle the world champion's brother in the main event, sending a violent message directly to the top of the card with a dominant victory.
