Some segments and a match have already been set, and we’ve listed those below, along with my predictions and the latest episode of my podcast.

Other superstars announced so far include CM Punk, Jimmy and Jey Uso, Gunther, Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky, and Becky Lynch.

5/3/26 Updates

WWE Raw Laredo May 4, 2026 Lineup

  • Jacob Fatu Vows to See Roman Reigns on Raw

After viciously attacking his cousin Roman Reigns on SmackDown, Jacob Fatu made it clear — he’s coming for the World Heavyweight Title and he wants Roman face-to-face on Raw.

This Bloodline civil war is getting personal fast. Expect Fatu to show up strong and demanding his shot at Backlash. Roman’s response could set the tone for the whole night.

  • Sol Ruca Officially Signs with Raw

The high-flying standout Sol Ruca is officially joining the Raw roster. After turning heads with her athleticism and charisma, this signing feels like a big boost for the women’s division.

Expect a fun in-ring celebration or promo where she lays out her goals. Could she target someone like IYO SKY or Asuka right away?

  • Oba Femi Appears After Announcing Open Challenge

Oba Femi dropped the bomb — he’s putting out an open challenge and he’s showing up on Raw to back it up. The former NXT North American Champion is a monster in the making.

Who’s brave (or dumb) enough to step up? This could lead to a big return, a surprise debut, or a new feud that heats up quick.

  • Tag Team: Penta & Je'Von Evans vs. Rusev & Ethan Page

The Intercontinental Champion teams with the rising Je’Von Evans against the powerhouse duo of Rusev and “All Ego” Ethan Page.

    Should be a hard-hitting, high-spot affair.

  • Singles Match: Finn Bálor vs. JD McDonagh

    The Judgment Day teammates collide.

Expect plenty of in-ring chemistry mixed with growing tension inside the faction.

Raw Predictions

  • Jacob Fatu tries to see Roman Reigns at WWE Raw and then Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga gets revenge on Jacob Fatu and Roman Reigns on a beatdown.

  • Sol Ruca finally greets the WWE Raw crowd and then is challenged by Roxanne Perez and then Sol Ruca accepts the challenge.

  • Oba Femi Open Challenge: Oba Femi defeats Ethan Page

  • WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship: Paige defeats Becky Lynch to win the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship

  • Seth Rollins and LA Knight defeats The Vision (Logan Paul and Austin Theory)

  • Main Event: Jey Uso defeats Bron Breakker

  • Asuka and Iyo Sky sits down on a discussion but gets interrupted by a masked woman who attacked Iyo Sky and Asuka from out of nowhere.

  • Finn Balor defeats JD McDonagh with the help of Rhea Ripley attacking Liv Morgan

  • Penta and Je'Von Evans defeats Rusev and Ethan Page

  • Backstage Segment: Paul Heyman is interviewed and instead, The Usos superkicked Paul Heyman.
